Perform routine maintenance work for centralized public air conditioning units and cooling devices<br>Inspect and examine air conditioning units and ensure their proper functioning<br>Inspect pumps and air conditioning networks in building facilities and ensure their safety<br>Contribute to general maintenance work as needed<br>Install new air conditioners and monitor their operation<br>Carry out periodic cleaning of various air conditioner filters<br>Carry out preventive maintenance, repair faults and maintain and install air conditioning and cooling unit works according to the directions and layouts of the immediate supervisor<br>Handle all maintenance requests assigned to the technician according to the directives of the immediate supervisor and the Service Level Agreement<br>Thorough knowledge of central commercial cooling systems and their internal components<br>Thorough knowledge of centralized integrated air conditioning systems and their internal components<br>The ability to detect, diagnose, and repair faults in both air conditioning and cooling systems<br>Request and install the required spare parts<br>The ability to read drawings and diagrams for both electrical wiring layouts and pipes<br>Full knowledge of safety, cleanliness procedures and use of personal protective equipment, especially during preventive maintenance for air conditioning and cooling devices to ensure compliance with safety policies

الدور: - مسؤول عن صيانة ومتابعة معدات خطوط الانتاج والتأكد من حالتها الفنية الجيدة المسئوليات: 1- متابعة الحالة الفنية لمعدات خطوط الإنتاج والالتزام بخطوات العمل الموحدة (SOP)2- إجراء أعمال الصيانة التصحيحية في حالة حدوث أي عطل كهربي في خطوط الانتاج3- القيام بأعمال الصيانة الوقائية لخطوط الانتاج حسب جدول الصيانة طوال العام 4- مراجعة ارصدة المخزن من قطع الغيار (الحد األقصى والحد األدنى وحد الطلب) وإبالغ المدير المباشر في حالة عدم جودة قطع الغيار التي يتم استخدامها في اعمال الصيانة5- إتباع إجراءات السالمة والصحة المهنية وسالمة الغذاء داخل المصنع والالبلاغ في حالة وجود أي مخالفات 6- القيام بأعمال تنظيم وترتيب ونظافة مكان العمل بشكل دوري 7- البحث عن فرص التحسين والتطوير المختلفة وتقديم الافكار إلى المدير المباشر 8- العمل طبقا لنظام W&M والتأكيد على حساب أوقات الصيانة التصحيحية والوقائية بشكل دقيق وتسجيلها على نظام SAP PMا<p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 1</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية و مسائية</li><li>المزايا: تأمين صحي، تأمين اجتماعي، بدل انتقال، وجبات، ساعات إضافية</li></ul>
