Relevant experience in flow assurance for pipelines and subsea systems, including handling multiphase flow, hydrate and wax prevention, and transient analysis, is highly beneficial. Experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in upstream or midstream projects, and familiarity with international standards and codes is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and present technical findings clearly to stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership capability, including mentoring junior engineers, managing project deliverables, and supporting decision-making under time and cost constraints.
