Qualifications<br>Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Engineering and Design Engineering skills, with the ability to apply core engineering principles to HVAC systems and components. Candidates should possess Machine Design skills, including experience with mechanisms, structural analysis, and material selection for mechanical assemblies. Candidates should possess Product Design skills, with experience translating functional requirements into practical, manufacturable solutions. Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills, including proficiency in common 2D and 3D CAD tools Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field, and prior experience in mechanical or HVAC product design. Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with HVAC systems, manufacturing processes, engineering standards, tolerance and fit analysis, and basic FEA or simulation tools.
