About the Role<br>We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team. <p>You will be part of a team of several radio dimensioning engineers, whose role is to help the subsidiaries embedded in the REC anticipate and adapt the capacity needs of the 2G/3G/4G/5G (6G in the future) mobile access network in order to absorb the forecasted traffic of customers, to limit the level of radio congestion, and to offer the best network service quality (in terms of accessibility, communication maintenance) and customer experience (voice quality, data rate).</p>
<p>You will be responsible for carrying out RAN dimensioning studies (budget and capacity forecasting, congestion) based on the traffic and technological evolution inputs of the network provided by the subsidiaries embedded in the REC.</p>
