Job title :- Electrical Engineer<br>Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical Department.<br>Grade: Good - Very Good.<br>Experience: Fresh graduate<br>Responsibilities and authorities :-<br>&nbsp;- Monitor electrical maintenance works and supervise electricians and distribute work to them daily.<br>&nbsp;- Monitor electricity consumption readings and daily monitor power factor correction facilities.<br>&nbsp;- Monitor measurement devices for factories and calibrate various instruments.<br>&nbsp;- Continuously work on maintenance program and update it.<br>- Quickly identify faults to prevent long factory downtimes.<br>- Work on identifying purchase requests and regularly update spare parts necessary to run factories safely.<br>- Do not replace faulty spare parts except after confirming their damage.<br>- Inspect and test spare parts technically and correctly.<br>- Develop logical solutions to recurring problems to prevent recurrence.<br>- Thermal imaging of electrical equipment at specified times.<br>- Monitor transformer temperatures to save electricity.<br>&nbsp;- Submit daily and monthly reports to his direct supervisor and promptly inform of any problem.<br>- Submit report to the Food Safety Team Leader in case of any food safety issue.<br>- Adhere to the goals of the Food Safety, Occupational Safety, Health and Environment, and Energy application program.<br><br>Skills:-<br>- Ability to continuously develop and update technical knowledge.<br>&nbsp;- Good handling of computer software and design/drafting programs.<br>&nbsp;- Communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and understandably.<br>&nbsp;- Quick thinking.<br>- Implement management electronics instructions.<br> - Working shifts.<br>- Transportation covering Alexandria and Beheira governorates.<br>---------------------------------

عمل الشركة في استخراج الرخام والجرانيت من محاجر في الجبال<br>ونظرا لتوسع الشركة في المحاجر مطلوب مهندس خبرة في صيانة المعدات الثقيلة(حفارات - لوادر – مولدات -ضواغط – دمبر - ماكينات - سيارات)<br>-يفضل الالمام بطريقة العمل في محاجر الرخام<br>-معرفة تامة بأعطال المعدات للمحافظة على أصول الشركة<br>-ضمان جاهزية المعدات وتقليل الأعطال، مع الالتزام الصارم بمعايير السلامة<br>-التعامل بحرفية مع المعدات والإبلاغ عن أي عطل وطرق إصلاحها<br>-إعداد وتطبيق خطط الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لكافة المعدات، الماكينات، والمرافق لضمان استمرارية العمل<br>-تحليل الأعطال الجذرية (RCA) لمنع تكرارها وتقليل فترات التوقف المفاجئ (Downtime).<br>-جدولة أعمال الصيانة الدورية واضح ومنسق مع ادارة الإنتاج لضمان استمرارية سلاسل الإمداد.<br>-متابعة رصيد قطع الغيار وتوفير البديل بما يتناسب مع المعدات<br>-إدارة مخزون قطع الغيار الفنية الهامة وتحديد الحد الأدنى والأعلى للطلب بالتنسيق مع المشتريات<br>-تقييم وإدارة عقود الموردين الخارجيين ومقدمي الخدمات الفنية للمعدات المتخصصة<br>-إعداد ومراقبة ميزانية الصيانة السنوية والتحكم في تكاليف التشغيل.<br>-الالتزام بإجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهنية<br>-تطبيق قواعد الصحة والسلامة المهنية (HSE) لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة خالية من الإصابات<br>-قيادة وتوجيه فرق المعدات(مهندسين وفنيين وسائقين) وتطوير مهاراتهم.<br>-العمل ضمن فريق<br>-قدوة في العمل ولبق مع زملائه ورؤسائه<br>-رفع تقارير يومية بحالة المعدات والإجراءات المناسبة لها<br>- إعداد تقارير الأداء الدورية (KPIs) الخاصة بكفاءة المعدات ومعدلات الأعطال.<br>-الكشف والفحص علي أي معدة جديدة قبل الشراء

Remote Accountant: We are looking for an Accountant to join the team, with good experience in accounting and using ERP Systems, especially ERPNEXT. Responsibilities and duties: - Recording and reviewing daily accounting entries and transactions. - Following up on accounts receivable and payable and making necessary settlements. - Preparing and reviewing invoices, expenses, and revenues. - Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring account balances. - Preparing reports and financial statements. - Monitoring the documentation cycle and ensuring the validity of accounting documents. - Using ERP system to record and monitor financial and accounting operations. - Developing and improving accounting procedures within the system. - Coordinating with various departments to ensure data accuracy.
