Job Summary The Wet Utility Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating the construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of wet utility infrastructure works, including potable water, sewerage, stormwater drainage, irrigation, and firefighting networks. Overall Purpose of the Job:<br>The Technical Asset Management Engineer is responsible for the technical oversight and performance monitoring of a portfolio of renewable energy assets, ensuring assets operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements through close coordination with O&M contractors and service providers. This position requires regular site visits and travel to operating projects to inspect asset conditions, validate performance and operational data, and work closely with O&M, technical, and operations teams to ensure technical reporting and performance assessments accurately reflect on-site realities.<br>Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical reports to the Asset Owner, including site condition assessments, performance analysis against key KPIs (Performance Ratio, Availability, losses), review of raw measurement data, and tracking of corrective and preventive maintenance activities. Job Title Senior Sales Engineer/ Sales Manager– Utility Segment (based on experience) Reporting to: Head of Sales Job Description We are seeking an experienced engineer to drive growth of our utility pumps and motors across the utilities and related sector . This role is an individual contributor position with elevated responsibility for commercial strategy, revenue delivery, and market development within the assigned product range. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting management in strategic commercial initiatives. Scope mainly entails, but is not limited to, the following:· Own and deliver the sales target for the assigned product range, while contributing to the overall company sales performance.· Develop and execute a proactive commercial strategy to expand market share and strengthen our competitive positioning.· Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities, creating a sustainable pipeline of prospective clients.· Strengthen and grow existing customer accounts through continuous engagement, solution-based selling, and strategic upselling.· Lead responses to RFQs and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with client requirements.· Conduct high-quality client meetings and represent the company professionally, addressing customer needs with clarity and confidence.· Perform and validate pump selections and provide technical-commercial guidance to customers as needed.· Take ownership of customer issues, coordinating internally with the technical workshop to ensure timely service, maintenance, and problem resolution.· Champion an exceptional customer experience, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.· Support management in strategic marketing and business development initiatives, including competitive analysis, pricing studies, trade shows, and portfolio expansion assessments.<br>Location Position is based in our office in downtown, Cairo, and to be relocated by Mar 2026 to District 5 Katameya. But very frequent sales visits to customer premises outside Cairo are an integral part of the scope<br>Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is necessary, Mechanical preferred.· 5-10 years experience in technical sales. Experience in water and wastewater pumps & motors is strongly preferred.· Dynamic and motivated team player, fast learner, and eager to excel within a high growth medium enterprise.· Strong communication skills, verbal and written.· Strong sales skills - charisma and ability to promote products · Very good in written and spoken English.· Mobility to travel locally on short trips as needed.
