Our expertise includes OCTG Services, API &amp; Premium Connection Rethreading, Machine Shop Manufacturing, Repair, Bucking Operations, Welding, Hard banding, and related workshop and field services.</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><p><strong>We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliability, availability, and optimum performance of the company's workshop equipment and operational machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment improvement, and supporting uninterrupted workshop operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Plan, supervise, and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control system failures.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Maintain and repair CNC lathes, threading machines, bucking units, welding machines, generators, compressors, and workshop equipment.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Perform fault diagnosis and coordinate major repairs with OEMs or specialized service providers when required.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Develop preventive maintenance schedules and monitor equipment performance.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and spare parts documentation.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Coordinate with Operations to minimize equipment downtime and maximize machine availability.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Monitor spare parts inventory and recommend stock levels for critical equipment.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, upgrades, and modification projects.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and safe maintenance practices.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>This position is site-based and requires working on a rotational schedule at the company's operational sites. <p>1. Main Duties : Welders management, ASME/AWS Welder Test<br>2. Scope of Work : Mech, Elec, Pipe, etc EN-ISO/ASME/AWS Welding Engineer<br>3. Responsibility Level : High<br>4. 필요 시 추가 (직무 등 상세하게 작성)<br>'- Although it is a Russian-type nuclear power plant, it is suitable for specialized recruitment as it applies EN-<br>ISO/ASME Codes rather than GOST Codes regarding welding and materials.<br>. Recruitment for Egyptian welder training, on-site inspections, quality enhancement, and innovative communication<br>to identify issues.</p>

1.تشغيل وصيانة ومتابعة منظومات (التكيف – المصاعد – الغازات الطبية – انذار الحريق – مكافحة الحريق).<br>2.عمل تقرير شهريا بجميع المنظومات وعمل الصيانة الوقائية.<br>3.صيانة وتشغيل جميع مواتير المياة بجميع المباني &nbsp;حسب خطة الصيانة.<br>4.ادخال بيانات وأعطال الصيانة والصيانه الوقائية على برنامج الصيانة يوميا.<br>5.تقفيل اعمال الصيانة الشهرية واستخراج التقارير من برنامج وامضاء الفاتورة من رئيس قطاع الصيانة.<br>6.تلقي أعطال الصيانه وتوجيه الفنيين عليها يوميا.<br>7.متابعة الفنين وعمل جدول الورادي ومتابعة الحضور والانصراف مع مشرف الصيانة أسبوعيا.<br>8.متابعة صيانة جميع محطات الحريق يوميا.<br>9.متابعة صيانة وتشغيل مراوح التهوية وسحب الغازات ولوحات الكهرباء يوميا.<br>10.متابعة تشغيل والحالة الفنية الخاصة بمولدات الديزل وعمل تقارير بحالتها شهريا .<br>11.متابعة اعمال صيانه اليومية والشهرية وتنسيق مع ادارة الصيانة الخاصة بالعميل.<br>12.أعتماد جميع فواتير الشركة ومذكرات القبض.<br>13.متابعة تنفيذ بنود الصيانة السنوية من قبل المقاولين مع ادارة الصيانه وأرشفتها.<br>14- خبرة في اعمال الصيانة وادارة المرافق ( ضرورية جدا )<br><br>

On-site Inspection and Safety Management</p><p>• Labor / Industrial / Fire / Environment management at construction sites</p><p>• Fire prevention and disaster safety management at construction sites</p><p>• Communicate and coordinate with external Egyptian agencies (NPPA, Police, Fire Department, Hospital, etc.)</p><p>• Owners meetings, discussion on key matters related to HSE</p><p>• Responding to the customer’s safety point of view</p><p>• Manage corrective actions for safety nonconformities and supervise corrective actions</p><p>• Assist with preparing accident investigation reports</p><p>• Distribute and manage personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety items, manage inventory, and support the local purchase of safety supplies</p><p>• Inspect safety facilities</p><p>2. Risk Assessment Management</p><p>• Review and manage Risk Assessments</p><p>3. Safety, Health Training and Road safety compliance</p><p>• Conduct HSE training for KHNP staff and subcontractor new employees</p><p>• Implement regular and special HSE training, and prepare for lectures</p><p>• Conduct regular and special road safety compliance check</p><p>4. Disaster Safety Management</p><p>• Conduct and support emergency response drill</p><p>• respond to on-site incidents</p>
