Prepare composite coordination drawings to resolve routing conflicts before construction.</li><li><strong>Electrical Calculations:</strong> Perform and review electrical engineering calculations, including voltage drop, cable sizing, short circuit calculations, panel board scheduling, and lighting design calculations.</li><li><strong>Material Submittals &amp; Technical Procurement:</strong> Prepare, review, and follow up on electrical material submittals (data sheets, compliance sheets, certificates) in accordance with project specifications for consultant approval.</li><li><strong>Quantity Surveying (QS):</strong> Perform precise quantity take-offs (QTO) for all electrical materials (cables, conduits, fixtures, devices, and panel boards) to support procurement, subcontractor billing, and client progress invoices.</li><li><strong>RFI &amp; Subcontractor Support:</strong> Identify gaps, clashes, or discrepancies in design packages and draft technical Requests for Information (RFIs). Review and evaluate technical offers from electrical subcontractors and suppliers.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor s degree in Electrical Power Engineering.</p><p>Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, and MS Excel.</p><p>Deep understanding of international and local electrical codes and standards.</p><p>Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills to interface effectively with site engineers, other MEP disciplines, and consultant representatives.</p>
