Job Purpose:<br>To prepare budgets, track the actual costs to identify project expenses over and under runs, trends,areas of inefficiency and opportunities for project cost improvement. Tasks, Roles & Responsibilities Manage all subordinates (Section Heads & Engineers) in performing their delegated tasks in light of the department strategy. Manage staff, including but not limited to: work assignments, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, etc. Ensure that the performance of various assigned tasks, and the conduct of staff within the section are in accordance with the Procurement Department policies and procedures. Asist in preparing periodic performance reports for the section and provide input into the Procurement's performance report.
