Location: Cairo, Egypt Department: Marketing Reports to: Global Head of Marketing Headcount: 1 FTE<br>About the Role Ben is an AI-powered energy ecosystem brand with product lines spanning consumer electronics, clean energy, smart mobility, and home appliances.<br>We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media & Community Manager to manage Ben’s organic social media presence across MENA, with an initial focus on Ben AIoT and Ben Power.<br>You will be responsible for planning and publishing organic social media content, writing Arabic and English copy, creating basic visual assets, engaging with our online community, coordinating our Word-of-Mouth (WOM) program, and tracking content performance.<br>Key Responsibilities Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar for Ben AIoT, primarily across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In. Prepare and maintain a dedicated Linked In content plan for Ben Power based on business priorities. Write clear, engaging social media copy in Arabic and English. Create and adapt basic social media visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools. Schedule and publish approved content accurately and on time. Manage the Ben AIoT Facebook community, including responding to comments and messages and escalating relevant inquiries. Independently coordinate the day-to-day execution of the WOM program, maintain participant records, and track engagement and results. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and relevant conversations across the MENA region. Own the monthly performance reports covering reach, engagement, community activity, content performance, and recommended improvements. Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and events by preparing the required social media content. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and visual standards.<br>Job Requirements2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, or community management. Strong Arabic copywriting skills and professional working proficiency in English. A good understanding of Moroccan Darija is a plus. Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In. Working knowledge of X. Experience creating and managing monthly content calendars. Ability to create or adapt basic social media visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools. Experience engaging with online communities and handling comments and messages professionally. Working knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting. Good understanding of social media audiences and trends across Egypt and the wider MENA region. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple content deadlines. Experience with WOM, ambassador, referral, or community advocacy programs is an advantage but is not required.
