<p>We are seeking an individual to support the integration, implementation and delivery of services, products, tariffs and promotions within Billing and Front-End systems. This role combines system configuration, quality assurance, and testing activities across key applications within the Vodafone Customer Care and Billing (CCB) platform, ensuring accurate delivery and performance of business services.</p><br><br><br><b>What you’ll do</b>

Cooperative enabling regulatory and policy frameworks strengthened. Targeted regional analysis, practical policy guidance, and lean capacity development initiatives are implemented to strengthen cooperative enabling regulatory, policy, and strategic frameworks in priority NENA countries, supported by an institutionalized regional dialogue platform.<br>Output 2. Capacities of small scale cooperators, including youth and women, on cooperative performance strengthened. Cooperators, including youth and women, are empowered as leaders, managers, and decision makers in cooperatives, with strengthened capacities, platforms, and representation mechanisms that enable them to drive good performance, innovation, inclusivity, and economic viability across the NENA region.<br>Output 3. Interregional dialogue on cooperative innovation and strategic cooperation among cooperative actors established and strengthened. Cooperatives, apex bodies, governments, and academic institutions engage in structured interregional dialogue and strategic cooperation, fostering shared innovations, coordinated advocacy, and inclusive growth across the NENA region and beyond.</p> <p>Within this organizational setting, the incumbent will contribute primarily to the implementation of Output 1, ensuring the delivery of robust comparative legal analyses of cooperative regulations in NENA countries, as well as the development of sound, policy relevant knowledge products to support evidence based dialogue, reform processes, and institutional coordination in cooperative development.</p> <p> <br> <strong>Reporting Lines</strong> </p> <p>The incumbent will work under the overall leadership of the Regional Programme Leader OIC and the supervision of the LTO of TCP/RAB/4101. He/she will conduct the present assignment under the close guidance of the RNE Cooperative Development Expert, and in close collaboration with the LEGN Legal Officer, and the ESP Rural Institution Specialist.</p> <p> <br> <strong>Technical Focus</strong> </p> <p>The assignment will provide technical legal support to strengthen cooperative enabling legislative and regulatory frameworks in the NENA region, under Output 1 of TCP/RAB/4101. <br>The incumbent will lead the comparative legal and regulatory analysis of cooperative legislation across NENA countries, assessing alignment with international standards, including ICA principles and ILO Recommendation No. 193. The analysis will focus on governance provisions, registrar roles and practices, and legal mechanisms supporting the inclusion of youth, women, and small scale producers. Findings will be summarized into concise country reports and a regional synthesis brief highlighting legislative and regulatory gaps and reform options.<br>The incumbent will also contribute to the development of a flagship regional guideline document providing harmonized, cooperative enabling legal recommendations. The guideline will include modular chapters, model clauses, and self assessment tools to support practical adoption by ministries and registrars, and will be developed in collaboration with the project team. In addition, the incumbent will contribute substantially to two thematic policy briefs on youth inclusion and gender responsive cooperative reform, as well as to training materials on cooperative legal frameworks, governance, and inclusive ecosystem building. Digitalization has provided economic security (through enhanced access to livelihood opportunities, banking, and financial support), education (through enhanced learning for all) and health security (through tech-facilitated reproductive healthcare). However, the digital age also carries negative implications to the human security of women and girls, primarily through technology-facilitated violence against women and girls (TFVAWG). TFVAWG is an impediment to women and girls’ freedom from fear, freedom from want, and freedom from indignity. While nascent research is putting numbers on the phenomenon at the regional level, more research is necessary to understand the scale of TFVAWG and its manifestations in Egypt. This assignment focuses on supporting the development of a multidimensional study on the recurrence of TFVAWG in Egypt, and its impacts from the human security perspective on different domains; a nationally owned comprehensive Toolkit and its training/learning modules on responding to TFVAWG from a human security perspective. In addition, the assignment includes the development of recommendations, formulated in close collaboration with criminal justice actors and tailored to support their institutional response to TFVAW&G. Moreover, the assignment seeks to establish legal clinics at law schools of Egyptian universities to enhance practical learning, awareness, and access to justice for VAW&G cases. Under the supervision and overall guidance of UNODC’s Criminal Justice Expert, and in close coordination with UN Women and ITU teams, the consultant will undertake the following specific tasks: a) The study: - Review the main objectives and finalize the outline of the multidimensional study developed by UN Women; - Review the study developed by the recruited research entity; - Integrate references to relevant national legislation, strategies, and action plans pertaining to TFVAWG; - Ensure alignment with the national context. b) The toolkit: - Review the main objectives and finalize the outline of the toolkit; - Work with the consulting company contracted by UN Women and tasked with the overall development of the toolkit, to determine the outline and key components; - Ensure that integration of relevant national legislation, strategies, and action plans pertaining to TFVAWG; - Ensure alignment with the national context. c) Review comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the operation of legal clinics at selected law schools. <p>Project description This project consists of a fee-based Drawdown Facility through which the contractor will implement multiple short-term assignments requested by the EU Delegation in Egypt. The facility will operate as a flexible tool supporting the full project cycle of EU-funded bilateral cooperation, including identification, formulation, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, audits and visibility. Assignments will be implemented in various sectors such as green transition, economic resilience, governance reforms, trade and investment, human development and mobility, in line with the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership, Partnership Priorities 2 and the Agenda for the Mediterranean. This Drawdown Facility shall also serve as an implementation support mechanism for selected institutional modernisation, capacity-building, and digital transformation priorities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Expatriates (MoFAIC). Assignments contributing to this objective will be implemented upon request of the EU Delegation, in close coordination with MoFAIC and its relevant departments, and shall remain fully consistent with NDICI Global Europe priorities and EU procedures. The contractor will manage the facility, propose experts, organise missions and ensure quality control and reporting.</p><p>Job description The Team Leader will have overall responsibility for the management, coordination and quality assurance of the Drawdown Facility. <br>We are seeking an experienced Energy Data Management professional to lead the vision, design, delivery, and continuous enhancement of an Energy Data Management (EDM) product. This role serves as the key connection between business stakeholders, customers, digital teams, and external partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality data-driven solutions that help identify energy cost-saving opportunities. The role combines product ownership, stakeholder management, data analytics expertise, and strategic roadmap leadership.<br><br><br><b>What you’ll do</b>
<br><ul>
<li>Define and own the EDM product vision whilst coordinating with local markets, digital teams, and external partners. </li>
<li>Create and manage short-term and long-term product roadmaps, ensuring delivery priorities align with business outcomes.</li>
<li>Gather, define, prioritise, and communicate product feature requirements and user stories for development teams.</li>
<li>Review and approve delivery plans, acceptance criteria, and completed product enhancements.</li>
<li>Proactively identify and help resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and opportunities through stakeholder engagement.</li>
<li>Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions support strategic objectives.</li>
<li>Support and develop team members by providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring.</li>
<li>Drive the delivery of a high-quality product that helps identify and enable energy-saving opportunities through data analytics.</li>
</ul><br><br><b>Who you are</b>
<br><ul>
<li>Experienced in product ownership and successful delivery across the full product lifecycle.</li>
<li>Skilled in managing customer enhancement requests and translating business needs into product capabilities. </li>
<li>Strong understanding of data models, database design, data mining, and data segmentation approaches.</li>
<li>Highly analytical with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and communicate complex information effectively. </li>
<li>Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and data-driven business environments. </li>
<li>At least five years of experience in data analysis or business data analysis roles. </li>
<li>Experience delivering measurable energy-saving outcomes through data analytics. </li>
<li>Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, databases including SQL, big data frameworks such as Hadoop, Impala, and Spark, and programming languages such as Python. </li>
<li>Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related discipline.</li>
<li>Able to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and work collaboratively across teams.</li>
