Analytical Technical Services Analyst You will validate and support analytical methods that ensure product and material quality. <li>Partner with Treasury and key business stakeholders to support project financing, cash flow management, and capital planning across the Real Estate portfolio.</li>

<h4>Required skills to be successful</h4>
<li>5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance, or Accounting, including a minimum of 2 years within the Real Estate industry. Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Project Management environments is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis.</li>
<li>Proven experience preparing financial statements, conducting variance analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial insights and commercial business partnering.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with ERP financial systems, preferably SAP and Yardi, with exposure to financial reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Egyptian Accounting Standards (EAS), IAS/IFRS, and financial governance within a corporate environment.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence business decisions and communicate financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, organizational, and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.</li>

This role focuses on designing robust backend services that integrate with AI models, telephony systems, and frontend applications, enabling seamless, accessible, and high-quality conversational experiences across channels.</p>
