This is an excellent opportunity for a recent pharmacy graduate to begin a career in pharmaceutical commercial operations, working closely with Finance, Commercial, Legal, and Regulatory teams to evaluate business opportunities and support data-driven decision-making<br>.<br>Key Responsibilities Support the preparation, review, and analysis of pricing proposals for products, deals, and business opportunities in line with Pharco's commercial strategy and regulatory requirements. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and tracking contracts and agreements with partners, licensors, distributors, and other business stakeholders. Conduct business and market analysis, including competitor pricing benchmarks, market sizing, and opportunity assessments to support deal evaluation. Build and maintain financial models and business cases to evaluate the commercial viability of proposed deals and pricing scenarios. Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams to ensure pricing submissions and contracts comply with internal policies and external regulations. Track deal pipelines, contract renewal dates, and key milestones, flagging risks or delays to the PBD Manager. Prepare structured reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing pricing trends, deal status, and business development performance for management review. Maintain organized, accurate records of pricing approvals, contracts, and supporting documentation in line with Pharco's governance standards. Support ad hoc business development projects and analyses as assigned by the BD Manage<br>r. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (Pharmacy graduate) is required. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pharmaceutical pricing, business development, commercial finance, or a related analytical role; fresh graduates with strong potential and relevant internship experience may also be considered. Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of pharmaceutical pricing regulations, market access dynamics, and contracting practices in Egypt. Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical ability, with comfort building financial models, comparing pricing scenarios, and interpreting market data. Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reviewing contracts, pricing documents, and reports, with strong organizational and documentation skills. Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across Finance, Legal, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
