<p>We are seeking a German-speaking L&D professional to deliver impactful learning experiences that build functional capabilities across teams. The role focuses on facilitating engaging training sessions, identifying capability gaps, and supporting colleagues through coaching and development initiatives, while contributing to high-quality training outcomes and operational excellence.</p>
<h4>What you’ll do</h4>
