Check guests in and out at Belvira House and coordinate arrivals/departures for the Belvira Residence studios
Collect guest IDs at check-in, ensure the registration form is fully completed, and review all entered data for accuracy before filing
Answer phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries; handle guest requests and resolve issues during the shift
Take and confirm reservations; keep the booking calendar accurate across both properties
Send pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-stay guest messages
Respond to OTA and send review requests after checkout
Log guest preferences and stay history to recognize returning guests

<li>Proactively contribute to maintaining the highest standards of presentation and functionality across the identified front of house and meeting and event areas, with great attention to detail</li>
<li>Undertake physical setup of meeting and event spaces, in line with team guidelines and EHS considerations</li>
<li>Monitor meeting room environments including furniture, signage, equipment, temperature, fabric and consumables, ensuring fine detail is captured</li>
<li>Create and efficiently maintain up-to-date outlook, conference room finder and SharePoint room booking systems for the identified meeting and event spaces</li>
<li>High awareness of local area services such as shops, restaurants, hotels and transport, in order to support customers</li>
<li>Daily liaison with one-team partners such as security and janitorial teams on the coordination of meetings and events</li>
<li>Provide timely, accurate and personalized response to meetings and events enquiries</li>
<li>Work flexibly in different settings as part of the team</li>
<li>Coordinate the daily updating of room booking displays in line with local and regional processes</li>
<li>Play a key part in supporting onsite space audits and walk-the-store processes</li>
<li>Support and cover other facilities team services as required, such as trouble ticket requests, incoming and outgoing mail and courier services, site inspections, and one-off or administrative tasks</li>

Our hotel is connected to a shopping mall, it has 154 rooms including 31 suites, 30 beach suites and 6 villas with private pools, a private beach, a sea water infinity beach pool and a heated indoor pool, spa and fitness center, and 10 food and beverage venues including an open-air 350 seat beach restaurant.</p>
<h4>About the role</h4>
<p>Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria is looking for a Concierge Agent who can respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.</p>
<h4>What you will do</h4>
<li>Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.</li>
<li>Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail, which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner.</li>
<li>Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.</li>
<li>Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.</li>
<li>Assure that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current. Knows what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.</li>
<li>Stores and retrieves guest luggage and packages.</li>
<li>Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and to assure proper billing.</li>
<li>Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in the areas of the Bell stand, Business Center, and lobby coverage.</li>
<li>Provide basic trouble-shooting support for in-room services such as internet, TV movies, games, and web service.</li>
