<p>The development manager is responsible for expanding the Accor managed and franchised hotel portfolio in the MEA region with a big focus on Egypt market. This role is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and finalizing all the development projects for Accor, for all brands, all types of contracts, all types of projects, new building / transformation of existing hotels or offices, individual or combined projects.</p>
