To ‘connect’ and communicate with your guests. Get to know and understand them and record preferences and information as required. Go above and beyond to accommodate guests’ needs and requests. Greet all clients with name recognition, a welcoming smile and a clear but soft tone of voice. To engage directly with the guest, LISTEN and anticipate their needs with genuine and sincere attitude. Be fully knowledgeable of Resense Spa treatments, services and products, able to advise guests as to the relevance and suitability of treatments according to the guest’s needs. To consult and advise guests as to a sequence of treatments or a programme in both the spa & fitness. To recognize and acknowledge all spa and fitness guests and members, remembering their names and any other relevant details. To organize scheduling to maximize use of time and profitability whilst ensuring that the client’s needs are of first importance. To co-ordinate guests. Consultation records with the Therapists. Respond to guest’s bookings and queries in a professional manner. Promote and up-sell spa services and retail sales. Record reservations and manage the appointment schedule ensuring the update and management of client profiles. Conduct confirmation calls. To be responsible for all billing procedures at the reception desk and the correct reconciliation of funds at the close of each shift and at the end of the day’s work. Complete daily opening procedures and check lists per relevant area daily. Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times. Coordinate availability of treatments and staff to ensure prompt service according to the relevant skills of the therapists. Assist with administration duties such as, purchasing, receiving and inventory reporting. To have a professional attitude at all times, particularly with regard to punctuality, appearance and general manner. To ensure that all administrative procedures run professionally and prepare daily reports as required. To supervise and conduct the safety of users and equipment in the spa and receive training to ensure that all relevant legislation pertaining to the Health and Safety and Health and Hygiene standards are implemented and monitored within the spa. To recognize the importance of ‘‘connecting with the guest’ in every aspect of your role. Must attend all training courses as deemed necessary by the Spa Manager. To participate in training and personal development programs within the spa.. To perform any other duties deemed reasonable by Management. To be responsible for preparing the reception for the next shift. Ensuring all messages have been passed on before leaving and that adequate supplies of all public information material are available. Hygiene standards are strictly monitored and followed. Quality audit results are 85% and above. When all the Spa guests are 100% satisfied with the Spa services. Receptionist is the first and last impression of the spa, therefore must be very professional and create an experience for the guests. Greets all visitors to the Spa and Wellness Centre in a warm and sincere manner, invites them to sign the consultation form. Provides them with assistance such as lockers, towels, bathrobes or information concerning our services and facilities in a prompt and efficient manner. For visitors interested in a membership at the Wellness Centre, promotes the services by providing information and offering a tour of our facilities. Assists new members in filling out the membership application form correctly. And indorse to the team. Handles all Spa cashier transactions such as Retail, daily Spa revenue or any other fees from guests then issues a receipt. Targets must be reached, a direct responsibility for revenue via upselling, bookings and retail is one of the main focus points. At the end of the shift balances the cash register. Receives all incoming telephone calls to the Spa according to the hotel standards, provides/receives information, takes appropriate actions such as booking or refers the matter to the relevant persons to handle. Liaises with therapists in case of bookings and / or cancellations from members / guests. Upon visitor’s departure from the Spa and Wellness Centre, thanks them for their visit and invites them to return. Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports to be completed with details. Makes handover report written and verbal if possible for the receptionist on the next shift. Before each shift reads handover report. Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.<br><br><br><br>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise<br><br>NATIONALITY: Eligible for a working permit in country of hire<br><br>EDUCATION:Business Administration/Personal Assistant/Secretary Certificate an advantage. <p>The Assistant Manager – Service Charge & Cost Allocation is the end-to-end owner of service charge governance, cost allocation integrity, and recoverability across Cairo Festival City’s residential, commercial, and retail (mall) assets.</p>
<p>The role has full accountability for designing and implementing the service charge framework from scratch, ensuring best-in-class practice in Egypt, compliance with local regulations, contractual requirements, and Al-Futtaim governance standards.</p>
<p>As the subject-matter expert on service charge economics, the role ensures that operating costs, shared services, intercompany allocations, and qualifying Capex are accurately classified, transparently allocated, fully substantiated, and appropriately funded through service charge collections and reserves.</p>
<p>The position partners closely with Asset Management, Property Management, Credit Control, Legal, Development, Shared Services Finance, Regional Finance, Internal Audit, and External Audit, acting as the single point of accountability for service charge accuracy, auditability, and dispute resolution.</p>

This includes setting of objectives and regular performance reviews.</li><li>Monitor the overall MSL team activities/workload and plan appropriately for resource needs-based product lifecycle and therapeutic area needs.</li><li>Maintains proactive and appropriate communication within the broader affiliate Medical Team and Brand Team for therapeutic area/product as it relates to MSL activities/outcomes that support the achievement of business objectives.</li><li>Conduct regular field co-rides and 1:1s with all direct reports, using an appropriate combination of direction, support, coaching, and constructive challenge to enable direct reports to fulfill their role requirements, achieve their goals, and continually develop. This role involves analyzing socio-economic trends to design innovative projects that leverage technology for sustainable development. The Programme Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all digital initiatives promote inclusive growth and effectively reach marginalized communities across Egypt. </p><br> <p>Interaction with project personnel focuses on providing technical guidance and overseeing the timely delivery of results. The incumbent will coordinate project teams to ensure compliance with UNDP’s results-based management tools and quality control standards. By mentoring staff and facilitating knowledge exchange, the Programme Coordinator fosters a collaborative environment aimed at solving complex development challenges.</p><br> <p>The Technical Specialist coordinates work with the NOC Team Leader through a structured reporting and advisory relationship. The incumbent acts as the primary operational link, providing the Team Leader with real-time data on project performance, risks, and financial delivery to support their higher-level strategic decision-making. Regular briefings ensure that the portfolio remains strictly aligned with the UNDP Egypt Country Programme Document (CPD) and broader UNDP Strategic Plan. </p><br> <p>Operationally, the incumbent collaborates with the Team Leader to finalize Annual Work Plans (AWPs) and budget allocations, ensuring that all digital initiatives meet UNDP’s quality assurance and Results-Based Management (RBM) standards. As for resource mobilization, the Programme Coordinator prepares technical briefs and impact reports for high-level meetings with government counterparts and donors. This partnership ensures that technical project outputs are translated into sustainable policy advice at the national level.</p><br> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><br> <p>Below are the key responsibilities and expected skill sets for this role: </p><br> <p><strong>1.Provide top quality technical advisory services:</strong></p><br> <ul> <li>Provide cutting-edge policy advice in the thematic area of the project and facilitate policy dialogues with partners, promoting UNDP thought leadership and advocacy work. Coordinate development of detailed implementation plans. </li> <li>Coordinate Programme implementation to contribute to the overall Programme relevance and performance, the effective realization and quality of outputs within the specified constraints of time and cost as outlined in the project document, and adherence to applicable UNDP policy and programme management procedures and Government standards, rules, and regulations.</li> <li>Ensure proper execution of all administrative activities associated with Programme</li> </ul> <p><strong>2. Support effective implementation of programme/project activities aimed at Climate:</strong></p><br> <ul> <li>Provide technical support, working in collaboration with the Project Manager, in planning and effectively implementing project activities within the scope of approved budgets, workplans and other project documents and in alignment with UNDP’s programmatic priorities and goals. Supervise and coordinate the work of the project team and consultants. Provide guidance and support in the identification and sourcing of technical expertise, including preparation of TORs and evaluation of experts. </li> <li>Provide timely and quality technical advice and guidance for the project implementation in line with UNDP’s rules and regulations, and UNDP Project Operational Policies and Procedures. </li> <li>Manage and monitor project financial resources; and analyze project progress to identify risks and other implementation problems. Ensure timely collection of data for reporting on project activities, outputs, and outcomes; and substantially contribute to the preparation of narrative and financial progress reports, including donor reports. Provide technical guidance on risk mitigation measures to address implementation problems. Update risk logs. </li> <li>Coordinate and participate in quality control mechanisms, seeking to improve the technical quality of the project outputs, products, publications, and policy discussion papers and briefs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>3.
