Evaluate enhancement requests and change requests and determine their alignment with the product roadmap. Prevent uncontrolled client customization from unnecessarily fragmenting the core product. Requirements & Software Delivery Work closely with Business Analysts and technical teams to transform high-level requirements into complete and implementable specifications. Ensure requirements clearly define expected behavior, business rules, transaction flows, exception scenarios, integrations, and acceptance criteria. Review requirements with Development and QA/QC teams before implementation. Resolve functional ambiguities and requirement gaps throughout the development lifecycle. Participate in solution discussions with Development Leads and Architects while maintaining appropriate separation between product requirements and technical implementation decisions. Accept or reject completed functionality based on agreed requirements and acceptance criteria. Coordinate UAT requirements and ensure feedback is evaluated and incorporated appropriately.
