This role combines deep infrastructure knowledge with FLEXCUBE architectural expertise to ensure optimal system performance, scalability, and reliability.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Architecture Design & Planning:Design and oversee the overall technical architecture for FLEXCUBE implementations, ensuring scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery capabilities Define infrastructure requirements including server sizing, storage, networking, and database configurations Establish architecture standards and best practices across the full technology stack Review solution architecture against business requirements and existing systems landscape. <br>Infrastructure Management:Plan and manage the deployment of FLEXCUBE environments (development, testing, production) Monitor applications to ensure adequate system resources and processing at production standards Implement capacity management strategies to accommodate business growth and transaction volumes Manage incident management processes for critical banking applications Ensure system stability, performance optimization, and proactive monitoring <br>Implementation & Deployment:Lead technical implementation of customized FLEXCUBE solutions at bank sites Support integration, performance, and security testing activities Manage non-functional requirements including response times, throughput, and system resilience Oversee production transfer documentation and handover processes Achieve and maintain agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).<br>Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:Work effectively with Oracle vendors and internal teams for system stability and control Provide technical guidance and instruction to other IT staff, sharing broader subject knowledge Review and verify project plans, including RACI matrix and implementation timelines Ensure adherence to core banking implementation principles by all stakeholders.<br>Required Qualifications & Skills:<br>Infrastructure Expertise:10-17+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with significant focus on core banking systems Deep understanding of FLEXCUBE deployment architectures and infrastructure requirements Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery configurations for mission-critical applications Knowledge of database administration, particularly Oracle databases in FLEXCUBE environments.<br>FLEXCUBE Architectural Knowledge:Involvement in full life cycle of FLEXCUBE implementations, preferably multi-country rollouts Experience with application architecture and design responsibilities, particularly integration perspectives Understanding of FLEXCUBE framework, modules, and technical dependencies Familiarity with FLEXCUBE versions 14.x and above, including technical upgrades.<br>Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows server environments Experience with networking, firewalls, and security configurations for banking applications Proficiency in performance tuning and capacity planning Understanding of cloud deployment options for FLEXCUBE (public, private, hybrid) Knowledge of middleware technologies and integration patterns.<br>Professional Attributes:Proven collaborative approach working with co-workers at all levels Analytical and creative approach to solution design and problem-solving Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Experience managing SLAs, schedules, budgets, and quality throughout project lifecycle Ability to travel as required for implementation projects

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.3–5 years of experience in electrical procurement. Strong knowledge of electrical materials and specifications.
