<h4>Role profile</h4>
<p>Monitor and maintain OpenStack services and components.<br>
Troubleshoot service failures, performance issues, and infrastructure alerts.<br>
Apply patches, updates, and configuration changes.<br>
Work closely with engineering teams to enhance platform reliability.<br>
Maintain documentation for operational procedures and incident handling.<br>
Operate, monitor, and maintain VMware infrastructure components (vCenter, ESXi hosts, NSX-T, and vCloud Director).<br>
Manage virtual machines, templates, resource pools, and datastores.<br>
Monitor system health, performance, and capacity using VMware and third-party tools.<br>
Perform incident, problem, and change management in line with ITIL processes.<br>
Apply patches, firmware upgrades, and lifecycle management for VMware infrastructure.<br>
Troubleshoot virtualization, networking, and storage-related issues.<br>
Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability configurations are functional.<br>
Collaborate with planning/implementation teams to support new deployments and integrations.<br>
Generate performance and capacity reports for management review.</p>
<h4>Competencies and qualifications</h4>
<p>2–4 years of OpenStack operations experience.<br>
Strong understanding of Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) and networking fundamentals.<br>
Familiarity with OpenStack core services and their interdependencies.<br>
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK).<br>
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.<br>
2–4 years of hands-on experience in VMware operations and administration.<br>
Strong knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), vCenter, ESXi, NSX-T, including DFW, Tier-0/Tier-1 Gateways, and VMware Cloud Director.<br>
Experience with resource optimization, snapshot management, and storage integrations (SAN/NAS).<br>
Familiarity with VMware tools such as vRealize Operations, vRealize Log Insight, and vSphere Lifecycle Manager.<br>
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerCLI, Python, or Bash) for automation and reporting.<br>
Understanding of networking (VLANs, routing, firewalls) and backup integrations (Veeam or similar).<br>
VMware certification (VCP or higher) is preferred.</p>

From coordinating services to providing guidance and quality care, the coordinator brings clarity, transparency, guidance, direction, education, and awareness to the patient support program journey. <li>Maintain accurate, complete patient files, prepared for timely submission in line with project standards.</li>
<li>Accompany team members on visits to healthcare providers, pharmacies, or patient support sites to support program implementation.</li>
<li>Ensure patients receive their medications efficiently and without delay.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain regular reports on program performance, including patient numbers, services provided, and quality assurance metrics, in collaboration with the team.</li>
<li>Maintain and update electronic records related to patient data and quality assurance.</li>
<li>Participate in and complete all required training, including product training, pharmacovigilance, and any other client-provided or Axios-mandated trainings.</li>
<li>Report any adverse events or product complaints in line with client requirements and Axios Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPPs).</li>
