Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming and advising customers, understanding their needs, presenting appropriate furniture solutions, and preparing quotations and sales orders. The role involves following up on leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and actively seeking new business opportunities through calls, visits, and networking. The Sales Executive will also coordinate with internal teams on inventory, deliveries, and after-sales support, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company’s systems. This role requires consistent achievement of sales targets while ensuring a professional, customer-focused experience at all times.<br>Qualifications<br> Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and close deals effectively. Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities, including follow-up and account management. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with clarity in presenting product features and benefits. Basic business, pricing, and inventory awareness to prepare quotations and coordinate logistics smoothly. Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced retail or showroom environment and meet defined sales targets. Good organizational and time management skills, including accurate documentation of sales activities. Comfort with using point-of-sale systems, spreadsheets, and CRM or similar tools to manage data and reports. Previous experience in furniture, interior design, or related retail sales is preferred but not required. High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as business needs require.
