Welcome to Bosch.</p><br><br>Job Description<br><ul><li>Key- contact for workshops in assigned territory.</li><li>Acquire workshops for the Bosch Workshop Partner Program.</li><li>Ensure ongoing support and maintenance for Bosch Workshop Partner.</li><li>Follow-up on Bosch parts pull, workshop equipment and diagnostics usage in territory.</li><li>Win workshops for the eXtra loyalty program.</li><li>Promote/sell workshop Services e.g. Training, Hotline.</li><li>Generate leads for workshop equipment and ESI diagnostic tools</li><li>Promote available Bosch campaigns (parts, diagnostics, workshop concepts and services)</li><li>Generate leads for Bosch Car Service, validate these and handover to BCS Concept Consultant.</li><li>Follow-up on basic value proposition services with Bosch Car Service workshops.</li><li>Take responsibility for coordination and supervision of external workshop sales resources and promoters, as assigned by management.</li><li>Ensure external promoters execute agreed activities, reporting and workshop engagement standards in the assigned territory.</li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><ul><li>University degree in marketing, business administration or mechanical engineering,</li><li>Technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment.</li><li>Proficient in English & Arabic.</li><li>Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.</li><li>Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.</li><li>Experience with workshop business models is a plus.</li><li>Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Ability to engage with varies stakeholders (e.g., workshop managers, technical staff).</li><li>Ability to coordinate and guide external field sales resources and ensure execution quality.</li><li>Ability to offer workshops practical support, advice, and training guidance.</li><li>Ability to promote digital tools to workshops and ensure data quality in CRM systems.</li></ul><br><br> </div>
