Sales Executive We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Sales team and play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients. The role will focus on managing customer accounts, driving timely contract renewals, and ensuring a smooth renewal experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing B2B and B2C customers. Proactively contact clients ahead of contract expiration and identify renewal opportunities. Handle the end-to-end renewal process, from initial follow-up through contract confirmation. Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, offers, and contract terms. Assist with renewal-related financial matters, including contract values, pricing, and invoicing. Keep customer information, renewal status, and sales records accurate and up to date. Prepare regular reports and provide updates on renewal performance and upcoming opportunities. Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for account growth. Requirements1–3 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, account management, or customer renewals. Basic understanding of pricing, contracts, invoicing, and commercial terms. Intermediate to advanced English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
