Overview of the role:

Calendar & Meeting Management

<p>We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and hands-on Growth & Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and commercial performance of a luxury short-term rental portfolio overlooking the Nile. This role combines hospitality operations, revenue management, property oversight, and business growth execution within a premium guest experience environment.</p><p>The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable managing financial reporting and sales performance as they are supervising housekeeping standards, coordinating maintenance, and optimizing digital booking systems. This is a high-responsibility role with direct involvement in operational performance, guest satisfaction, and future portfolio expansion.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p></p><p>• Manage and optimize all day-to-day property operations across booking platforms, guest communications, pricing systems, and operational workflows to maximize occupancy, RevPAR, and guest satisfaction.</p><p>• Monitor financial performance through regular reporting, sales tracking, occupancy analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue performance reviews while identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.</p><p>• Oversee all OTA and direct booking channels including pricing strategy, calendar management, response time performance, automation systems, and booking conversion optimization.</p><p>• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, inventory operations, and vendor coordination to ensure all units consistently meet luxury hospitality standards and remain in exceptional operational condition.</p><p>• Lead the operational follow-up of new unit development, fit-out progress, commissioning, supplier coordination, and readiness for launch to support future expansion.</p><p>• Maintain full ownership of the guest experience journey including guest communication, issue resolution, service quality, and review performance.</p><p>• Ensure full compliance with operational procedures, hospitality regulations, guest registration requirements, and internal reporting standards while maintaining accurate operational documentation.</p><p></p><p></p><p> <strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><p></p><p>• 2–4 years of experience in hospitality operations, short-term rentals, serviced apartments, hotels, luxury property management, or similar operational environments.</p><p>• Strong English and Arabic language proficiency, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate professionally with international guests, suppliers, and partners.</p><p>• Strong proficiency with hospitality and operational systems including PMS platforms, channel managers, pricing tools, smart lock systems, booking platforms, reporting tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and operational communication systems.</p><p>• Experience using systems such as Guesty, Lodgify, PriceLabs, Airbnb, Booking.com, TTLock, and similar hospitality technology platforms is strongly preferred.</p><p>• Strong financial and analytical capabilities including budgeting, sales monitoring, occupancy analysis, forecasting, KPI tracking, and operational reporting.</p><p>• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple operational functions in a fast-paced hospitality environment.</p><p>• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a hands-on operational mindset and commitment to premium guest experience standards.</p><p></p><h2>Position Details</h2><p></p><p>• Full-time position with an initial probationary period.</p><p>• Based primarily in our Zamalek office and onsite in Manial, Cairo, with occasional movement between locations when operationally required.</p><p>• Expected working schedule is 5–6 days per week.</p><p>• The role requires a hands-on operational presence onsite on most days.</p><p>• Availability outside standard working hours may occasionally be required for urgent operational matters or guest-related emergencies.</p><p>• Reports directly to the CEO.</p><p>• A more detailed operational job description, KPI structure, and workflow manual will be shared with shortlisted candidates during the interview process.</p>
