<p>We are looking for a highly capable Business Solutions Associate Manager to lead technical support operations across Vodafone’s enterprise portfolio, ensuring best-in-class customer experience, service availability, and operational excellence.</p>

A minimum of 5 years' experience working in an HR Manager role with broad generalist responsibility. Strong practical experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management and the full employee lifecycle. Good knowledge of UK and Egyptian employment law and HR best practice. Confidence advising managers and handling sensitive or complex employee matters. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams, cultures and territories. A practical, organised and solutions-focused approach.
