Work location: West Al-Minya (the Egyptian countryside) – project site on an area of 6000 feddans (includes a solar power plant with a capacity of 2 MW). Required experience: 2 to 3 years in the electrical works field, with experience in Solar Power Plants (Photovoltaic Systems), and electrical wiring works at agricultural or industrial sites. Tasks and responsibilities: - For the 2 MW solar power plant: monitor operation and maintenance of the solar plant according to technical standards. - Monitor system performance using SCADA or Monitoring Systems. - Perform periodic tests on components (inverters – PV panels – breakers – MCCs – transformers). - Analyze causes of production decline and immediately address technical faults. - Coordinate with service providers or suppliers for warranty and technical support. - Assist in designing and implementing medium and low voltage networks within the project (distribution boards – cables – poles). - Supervise electricity connection to buildings, pumping units, wells, and warehouses. - Prepare electrical load schedules and determine transformer capacities needed for facilities. - Apply electrical safety standards and ensure works comply with the Egyptian Code and NEC/IEC international code. - Prepare periodic technical reports and submit them to project management.
