Qualifications Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and demonstrated experience applying civil engineering principles to construction projects Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including preparation of plans, calculations, and technical specifications Experience in Planning and project coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure, including drainage design and flood mitigation Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline Experience working as a Civil Engineer on-site, with familiarity in construction methods, materials, and safety practices Ability to use engineering and design software (e.g., Auto CAD, civil design tools) and interpret technical drawings Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams Fluency in written and spoken English; additional local language skills are an advantage Previous experience in regional or similar infrastructure and building projects is preferred

Experience: 2–3 Years Location: Dokki, Giza Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work Mode: On-site Key Responsibilities• Develop Landscape BIM/Revit models for hardscape, softscape, site elements, and external works.• Prepare IFC, detailed design, shop drawings, and BIM documentation.• Develop coordinated Revit models and drawings according to project requirements and BIM standards.• Develop Civil 3D models and grading works, including levels, slopes, and site grading coordination.• Coordinate Landscape models with Architectural, Civil, Structural & MEP disciplines.• Perform model coordination and resolve technical clashes.• Prepare QTOs, BOQs, material schedules, and technical documentation.• Review drawings, specifications, technical submittals, and consultant comments.
