We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Presales Engineer to support our growing business.<br>#Key_Responsibilities<br>-Analyze client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.<br>Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.<br>-Work closely with the Sales team during the entire sales cycle.<br>-Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.<br>-Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility.<br>-Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and customer technical inquiries.<br>-Support the preparation of project estimations, BOQs, and solution designs.<br>Build strong relationships with clients by providing technical consultation and presales support.<br>#Requirements<br>Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics is preferred).<br>-2–3+ years of proven experience as a Presales Engineer is a MUST.<br>-Previous experience in #engineering_companies is mandatory.<br>-Strong experience in preparing technical proposals, BOQs, and tender documentation.<br>-Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.<br>-Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.<br>-Good command of English.<br>Location: Cairo only.<br>What We Offer<br>???? Connectalents is seeking a QS Engineer for a leading real estate developer delivering innovative residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects that are shaping the future of urban communities.<br>Job Role:Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets. Review tender documents and evaluate subcontractor quotations. Manage tendering processes and recommend award decisions. Negotiate contracts, variations, and supplier agreements. Administer contracts, interim payments, variation orders, and final accounts. Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets. Maintain accurate contractual and financial documentation. Coordinate with multiple contractors across development projects.<br>What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.2-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying with at least 3 years of experience in large-scale real estate development projects (commercial malls and mixed-use developments). Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration. Advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to read Auto CAD drawings. Experience with cost estimation software (Primavera or MS Project is a plus). Fluent in Arabic and English.
