HVAC Site Engineer (Own Car Required)<br>We are looking for an HVAC Site Engineer with experience in villa and residential projects to join our team.<br>Requirements:<br>· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.<br>· Hands-on experience executing HVAC systems:<br> • High Wall – Concealed – VRF<br>· Experience managing technicians on site.<br>· Proficient with task management systems and computers.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>· Receive drawings from the technical office and verify them on site.<br>· Coordinate with the client or their engineer for work start and handover.<br>· Prepare daily & weekly work plans (supply – installation – commissioning).<br>· Organize and distribute technicians on site.<br>· Submit productivity data into the company system.<br>· Submit daily progress reports for executed projects via the company system.<br>Benefits:<br>· Fixed salary.<br>· Performance bonus: starting from 10% up to 50% of monthly salary.<br>· Car allowance (fuel + maintenance).<br>· Complementary medical insurance (Takafuli / cooperative).<br>Working Days:<br>Sunday – Thursday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM<br>Saturday: follow-up only if needed.<br>Location : New Cairo Industry<br> Industrial Machinery Manufacturing <br>Employment Type<br>Full-time Edit job description<br>Do you have a car for daily site visits?

Key Responsibilities:Manage the procurement process for electrical materials and equipment. Source and evaluate suppliers while ensuring compliance with project specifications. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Issue RFQs, analyze technical and commercial offers, and prepare comparison sheets. Coordinate with the Technical Office, Projects, and Planning teams to ensure timely material delivery. Follow up on purchase orders and supplier performance.
