<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span > Responsible for activation and testing the B2B services End to End (ISP Network and Customer CPEs) and</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >perform the proper troubleshooting procedures to diagnose any problem with the concerned teams.</span></span></p><p><strong>Report To Position Name</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >- Responsible for activation and testing the B2B services End to End (ISP Network and Customer CPEs) and</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >perform the proper troubleshooting procedures to diagnose any problem with the concerned teams.</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >- Review next day installation prepared plan by making sure that all components ( devices , cables , TE work</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >orders ..) are available and all stakeholders are informed to ensure successful and smooth installation cases.</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >- Coordinate distributing of work to ensure proper workload distribution among available team members.</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >- Review transportations papers to ensure meeting of company travel policy.</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >- Responsible for configuring modems, routers, any other required equipment and testing them to ensure proper</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >hardware operation.</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >- Manage field technicians during the installation process at the central and customer site to ensure proper work</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >steps are done by the tech.</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >- Manage solving any obstacles that may delay the installation process.</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >- Update concerned teams by any extra requirements of the customer to ensure that his requirements are totally</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >met.</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >- Work closely with customer during activation phase for his router configuration & troubleshoot for any problem.</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >- Responsible for testing new solutions that are set by technical Enterprise solution team to ensure the proper</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >service delivery.</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >- Responsible for testing the proper activation of 3G SIMs and Perform the troubleshooting procedures to</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >diagnose any problem with the concerned team.</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >- Work with Etisalat technical teams for installing and activating customers’ wireless connections.</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >- Responsible for testing the proper activation of wireless connections and Perform the troubleshooting</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >procedures to diagnose any problem with the concerned team</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >- Ensure receiving installation reports signed by the customer to keep updated records of all orders that were</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >fulfilled and upload them on system.</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >- Update system with accurate technical data and close installed orders.</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >- Pay customer visit at project closure to deliver the whole project to the customer.</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >- Make site surveys and suggest the requirements for applicable solutions.</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >- Any other projects or tasks requested by service delivery manager to meet company strategic target</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span ><span >- Present daily / weekly / monthly reports to ensure that the required updated are propagated properly.</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span ><span >- Held periodically technical training for Engineers to ensure well understanding of their work needs.</span></span></p>
