Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certifications (e.g., CELTA, DELTA, TEFL, TESOL) are an advantage. Experience teaching in-person classes and working with adult or young adult learners in a structured learning environment. Ability to use basic educational technology and collaborative tools to support learning and track progress.
