EXPERIENCE:Candidates must have 2 to 4 years of Technical Development management experience, with at least 2~4 years as an IT practitioner, including planning, installation, configuration and implementation of enterprise-wide, server-based computing environments. Candidate must be familiar with Project Management Office activities, including experience managing development teams and wide-scale, enterprise-wide implementations. SKILLS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge and skills required. Experience in T24/Globus is mandatory/ Very good understanding of all the modules involved. Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in T24 Core banking System. Over 4 years of experience in T24 implementations with at least two implementations in a private banking client. As a core member of our development team, you will design, develop, and modify custom software solutions that solve problems, improve business operations, and manage the complexity inherent in technology change.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop and modify frontend systems and custom components using a modern dev stack.<\/li>\n<li>Develop software solutions by analysing system performance standards, confer with users or system engineers; analyse systems flow, data usage, and work processes; and investigate problem areas.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate existing software into new or modified systems.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute test procedures for software components.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse user requirements to derive technical software design and performance requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Connect to your skills and professional experience<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience in front-end development (using React or Angular).<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in designing and building responsive user interface (UI) applications using React, Angular, HTML5, AJAX, CSS & JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with XML\/JSON.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using GitLab source code management.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with Agile development methodology.<\/li>\n<li>Experience deploying software\/database using CI\/CD pipeline leveraging tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate high organisational skills and a methodical approach to problem solving.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and innovatively with a \u2018can do\u2019 attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate strong communication including spanning technical and business language barriers and be able to run feature kick-off sessions and apply story mapping techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience in using tools (JIRA \/ Confluence \/ Excel) to manage designs, prototypes, and user stories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Connect to your service line - Consulting<\/h4>\n<p>Distinctive thinking, deep expertise, and collaborative working.
