اختبار الأنظمة بعد الصيانة. <br>ثالثاً: صيانة لوحات التحكم الصناعيةتنفيذ الصيانة الدورية للوحات التحكم الكهربائية داخل المصنع.فحص المكونات الرئيسية للوحات مثل:القواطع الكهربائيةالكونتاكتوراتالمرحلات The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the estimation and tendering process for high-end commercial, corporate, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use fit-out projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge of both Architectural and MEP works, excellent pricing and cost-control capabilities, and extensive experience within the Egyptian construction market.</p><p> </p><p>The ideal candidate should have previous experience working with reputable fit-out, design-build, or general contracting companies serving medium to high-end clients.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Tendering & Cost Estimation</strong></p><p>* Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.</p><p>* Prepare accurate cost estimates for Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, and Low Current systems.</p><p>* Perform quantity take-offs and validate project quantities from drawings and specifications.</p><p>* Develop detailed pricing sheets, cost breakdowns, and tender summaries.</p><p>* Analyze project scope, identify risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities.</p><p>* Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.</p><p>* Prepare comprehensive commercial and technical proposals in line with client requirements.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Technical Review</strong></p><p>* Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure accurate project understanding.</p><p>* Review project drawings and identify discrepancies, missing information, and scope gaps.</p><p>* Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and tender clarification meetings.</p><p>* Prepare technical queries (RFIs) and follow up with clients and consultants.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Commercial Analysis</strong></p><p>* Evaluate project profitability and recommend appropriate markups and pricing strategies.</p><p>* Conduct benchmarking and market analysis for material and subcontractor rates.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Tender Submission & Management</strong></p><p>* Lead the complete tendering cycle from invitation to final submission.</p><p>* Ensure all submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines.</p><p>* Maintain an organized database of suppliers, subcontractors, historical costs, and project benchmarks.</p><p>* Prepare tender handover documents for the execution team upon project award.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Business Development Support</strong></p><p>* Support negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients when required.</p><p>* Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating procedures and cost databases.</p><p> </p><p> </p>
