<p>Main Duties. -Records the total Food & Beverage purchases by : checking the extension and additions of invoices Recording and classifying Food & Beverage purchases in the purchase journal in terms of the different kinds of Food & Beverage or by their terms of payments. -Determines and reports the actual costs of Food & Beverage sold, daily and monthly, in the Food & Beverage report which incorporates the following : pricing and extension of Food & Beverage issues Costing of Food & Beverage consumed by the employees and other credits. Categorizing of Food & Beverage issues to each independent kitchen and bar. costing of inter-kitchen transfers costing of Food & Beverage consumed for special functions -Performs the reconciliation of meat tags. -Prepares the employee s and supervisors cafeteria cost records. -Accomplishes the monthly Food & Beverage inventory by : counting the Food & Beverage in the storeroom pricing these Food & Beverage items and determining total value reconciling the recorded value of inventory and the value arrived at from the physical count -Prepares the monthly summary of meat consumption -Performs other duties as may be assigned</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting,finance or Business adminstration. Role Description The Sr. Technical Architecture Engineer (Wood Works) is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Obour . This role is responsible for leading the technical design and detailing of architectural woodwork elements, including joinery, cladding, flooring, and custom wood features for commercial and residential projects. Daily tasks include interpreting architectural drawings, developing shop drawings and technical documentation, coordinating with design, fabrication, and site teams, and ensuring compliance with performance, safety, and quality standards. The engineer reviews material specifications, supports value engineering, and provides technical guidance during bidding, manufacturing, and installation phases. The role also involves resolving on-site technical issues, optimizing production methods, and contributing to continuous improvement of woodwork systems and standards. Qualifications Strong technical background in architectural woodworks, including design detailing, joinery systems, cladding, and custom fabrication. Proficiency in CAD/BIM tools and relevant design software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit, or similar) for producing precise shop drawings and technical documentation. Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques related to wood, composites, and associated hardware and accessories. Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, engineering, manufacturing, and site execution) to align design, fabrication, and installation. Understanding of building codes, safety standards, and quality control procedures applicable to interior and exterior woodwork systems. Proven experience in project-based environments, including managing technical submittals, timelines, and priorities under a design-to-delivery framework. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Architecture, or a related field; advanced technical training in woodworks or fabrication is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify practical, cost-efficient technical solutions. Effective communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage for coordination with local teams and partners.
