Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.7–10+ years of relevant experience in architectural technical office roles. Strong experience in construction documentation and architectural coordination. Excellent knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methods. Proficiency in Auto CAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is highly preferred. Experience with shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, BOQs, and technical documentation. Strong understanding of architectural specifications and construction standards. Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under project deadlines.[Professional registration/certification, if applicable.]Preferred Qualifications Experience in large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use projects. Strong BIM/Revit coordination experience. Previous experience working with international consultants or major contractors. Knowledge of local building codes and authority requirements.
