Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food-safety-related facility standards across all outlets. Escalate critical issues and provide regular status updates to the Engineering & Maintenance Manager.<br>Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in maintenance / facility management, engineering operations, or MEP roles. Prior experience in Retail, Hotels, or Restaurant/QSR maintenance and facility management is required. Proven experience directly managing a team of technicians and supervisors. Strong hands-on, ground-level experience — comfortable working across multiple sites and responding to on-site issues directly. Solid working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC/refrigeration, and civil maintenance systems. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
