Sales Project Manager | Project Sales | Business Development | B2B | Commercial Management | Infrastructure & Industrial Solutions<br>Sales Project Manager | Mega Pip – Taisser Group<br>Manage the end-to-end project sales cycle, from opportunity identification and lead generation to negotiation, order closing, execution, and collections.<br>Develop and manage project pipelines across contractors, consultants, developers, distributors, and key accounts.<br>Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, project tracking, customer development, and competitor monitoring.<br>Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, project owners, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.<br>Coordinate technical approvals, product specifications, material submittals, and consultant requirements with engineering and technical teams.<br>Prepare and negotiate technical and commercial offers, pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual conditions.<br>Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, quality, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery.<br>Monitor project progress, identify commercial and operational risks, and coordinate corrective actions.<br>Prepare sales forecasts, project pipelines, budgets, and periodic management reports.<br>Monitor customer accounts and receivables and coordinate collection activities with the finance team.<br>Analyze market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and pricing to support business growth.<br>Contribute to strategic business development initiatives, partnerships, and expansion into new market segments.<br>Drive achievement of sales, revenue, margin, and collection targets while maintaining strong long-term customer relationships.
