Developing of resources and strengthen the bench of capability to be best in class to outperform. Set and monitor the region’s monthly targets by area till rep level. Responsible on delivering all Sub DBs operational KPIs in assigned areas (Stock levels – Aging and receivables- Asset utilization – Efficiency of operation – Service levels – Db / Sub Db claim cycle) Ability to execute and control all below the line activities that were communicated by the Sales department, with clear focus of price stability. Monitoring competition activities and strategies. Maintain strong relationship with related areas Sub DBs ensuring delivery of all required resources at the quality required on timely manner Informing the Management of any business opportunities/ potentiality in the assigned region Follow-up on the data loaded on the HH and make sure all information is accurate and timely Always have a back plan in case of change of Sub DB to be executed in a smooth way without business disturbance<br><br>The experience we're looking for<br><br>Achievement and ownership are key leadership elements required to do the job with high people and result agility as enablers to manage DBs and key customers and teams in assigned region. Ideal candidates must have multiple project experiences along with software development experience in banks and with more than 12 years of experience.<br>What You Will Be Doing:<br>Manage end-to-end implementation projects for retail and commercial banking, ensuring solutions meet client needs and business objectives. Oversee system implementations and integrations, including Pro Lender, core banking systems, and third-party solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for both retail and commercial banking projects. Lead cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and vendors, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Monitor and manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including AML, CRA forms, and other industry and geo-specific standards. Address production issues, coordinate enhancements, and ensure post-go-live support. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and adoption of best practices. Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, and quality standards throughout the delivery process. Provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients on project progress, milestones, and KPIs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project team.<br>What We Are Looking For:<br>At least 12 years of proven experience as a Project Manager delivering LOS and Digital Banking product implementation projects for banking clients. Hands-on experience managing retail and commercial banking projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid). Demonstrated ability to manage integrations with systems such as core banking, CRM, and third-party services. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle complex projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Experience with tools like MS Project, Devops. PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are a plus. Applicants must be capable of working with international clients (e.g., those based in Canada, Europe, and Australia) and should be flexible in managing their work hours to accommodate remote meetings with clients or on-site teams. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.<br>Key Responsibilities Manage the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR policies. Lead employee engagement, training, and development initiatives. Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and company policies. Lead recruitment activities and ensure timely hiring of operational and corporate positions. Manage employee relations and support managers in handling HR-related matters. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities. Manage and grow relationships with existing customers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution discussions. Work closely with Presales, Technical, and Support teams to deliver customer solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers. Follow up on opportunities from qualification through closing. Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions. Preferred Experience/without will be consider 2-5 years of experience in IT sales, technology sales, or account management. Experience selling one or more of the IT solutions: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build long-term customer relationships. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree Good command of English and Arabic. Strong knowledge of the Egyptian IT market is preferred.
