Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will manage the full sales cycle, including identifying prospects, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals. Daily responsibilities include meeting with customers, responding to inquiries, providing product information and demonstrations, and maintaining accurate records in the sales system. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, participating in sales meetings, and contributing to sales forecasts and reports. The Sales Specialist will also support training activities for new team members and help implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and colleagues. Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships and handling inquiries professionally. Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment. Experience in Training and mentoring team members on sales techniques and product knowledge. Background in Sales Management or responsibility for coordinating sales activities and monitoring performance is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with strong time management and organizational skills. Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software; analytical skills for interpreting sales data and reports. Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
