Monitor and improve key operational KPIs including rider supply rate, EPH, order-on-time percentage, and churn rate. Implement standardized processes and digital tools to enhance control, visibility, and scalability across operations. Coach and develop a high-performing team of managers, seniors, and specialists across supply, 3PLs, and operations. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as People, Finance, Commercial, and Product to align on strategies and deliverables. Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and rider satisfaction. Drive automation and technology-enabled initiatives to improve visibility and performance management. Oversee equipment management including uniforms, delivery boxes, and e-bikes to ensure consistent quality and operational standards.
