Duties and Responsibilities:Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures. Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.). Prepare shop and coordination drawings (or composite drawing) based on project’s design drawings in accurate with quality standard. Participate in shop drawing and Submittals management. Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between various Engineering disciplines. Update the shop drawing log before sending the shop drawing to consultant for approvals. Keep Accurate Records Review and mange subcontractors shop drawings. Study, prepare and review requests for Information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction. The role involves working mainly with Sketch Up, while also using Revit and Auto CAD to review, develop, and coordinate technical drawings and models based on architectural drawings, project information, and engineering requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple acoustical engineers across different projects, translating project information and engineering requirements into accurate, clear, and practical drawings and 3D models.<br>Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate 2D drawings and 3D models using Sketch Up based on architectural drawings, project information, and engineering requirements. Support acoustical engineers by preparing drawings and models required for acoustic studies, analysis, coordination, and project deliverables. Review architectural drawings and project information received from clients and extract the information required for acoustic projects. Develop and update drawings and 3D models based on engineers’ comments, design changes, and project requirements. Work with multiple acoustical engineers and project teams, supporting different projects and drawing requirements. Use Revit and Auto CAD to review, understand, coordinate, and develop project drawings and models when required. Ensure drawings and models are accurate, clear, properly organized, and produced efficiently.
