The Opportunity

We're looking for a Technical Presales Consultant -DELL Technologies to join our Infrastructure Solutions team and serve as a trusted technical advisor to partners and customers. In this role, you'll help organizations solve complex business challenges through innovative Dell Technologies solutions, while seeing the direct impact of your expertise across customers, partners, and the broader technology ecosystem.

What You'll Do

You'll design, architect, and position Dell EMC storage solutions, including SAN and NAS environments, tailored to customer needs. Working closely with sales teams, partners, and vendor stakeholders, you'll provide expertise in data protection, backup and recovery, networking, and virtualized infrastructures.

Beyond designing solutions, you'll lead technical discussions, deliver customer presentations and demonstrations, and build trusted relationships that enable customers to make informed technology decisions. Every project presents an opportunity to take ownership, solve meaningful challenges, and contribute to outcomes that move businesses forward.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a technically strong and customer-focused professional with:

• 5–7 years of presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting experience.

  
  

• Expertise in Dell EMC storage technologies, SAN/NAS solutions, and data protection platforms.

  
  

• Strong understanding of enterprise networking and infrastructure concepts.

  
  

• Experience with VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V environments.

  
  

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  
  

• Dell Technologies certifications preferred.
