This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for IT supplies, building and managing a pipeline of prospective clients, and conducting regular on-site meetings and presentations. The Sales Account Executive will manage existing accounts, prepare and deliver proposals and quotations, and coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, responding to inquiries, providing post-sales support, tracking sales metrics, and reporting progress to management. The role also involves staying current on product offerings, market trends, and competitor activity to proactively support sales growth.<br>Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline management. Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Customer Service skills to support retention, renewal, and upselling activities. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Relationship Building skills to engage clients and internal stakeholders effectively. Knowledge of IT supplies, networking, and telecom solutions is highly beneficial. Proven experience in B2B sales or technology sales, preferably in telecom or IT infrastructure. Ability to work on-site in Giza and travel to customer locations as needed. Strong organizational, negotiation, and presentation skills, with comfort using CRM and sales productivity tools.
