The representative will handle inbound and outbound calls in Spanish, providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and supporting customers with their requests in line with Xceed’s service standards. Daily tasks include documenting interactions in the system, following established procedures, and escalating complex issues when necessary. The role involves working with computer-based tools to access customer data, manage tickets, and ensure timely follow-up. The representative will collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to meet performance targets, maintain high customer satisfaction, and adhere to company policies and quality guidelines.<br>Qualifications<br> Strong customer-facing skills, including experience as a Customer Service Representative and a focus on Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction. Well-developed Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and handle diverse customer situations in a professional manner. Solid Computer Literacy, including comfort using CRM systems, call center software, email, and basic office applications. Fluency in Spanish with good command of English; strong verbal and written communication abilities in both languages. Ability to work on-site in 6th of October and adapt to shift-based schedules as required by business needs. Previous call center or customer service experience, preferably in a multilingual or BPO environment, is an advantage.
