<p>Prepares periodic reports regarding the function activities and achievements. Participate in the periodic meetings with direct manager ensure that priorities are clear and the workflow is running smoothly as per agreed plans at the beginning of each year. Study project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.). Prepare the shop drawing for construction projects. Study and prepares requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction. Review subcontractors' shop drawings and design drawing as well as outsourced drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant. <h4>About this role</h4>
<p>We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee and coordinate project management activities across multiple telecommunications network domains, ensuring delivery aligns with customer priorities, timelines, and quality standards. This role focuses on managing project phases across the end-to-end lifecycle, supporting programme delivery while collaborating with cross-functional and international stakeholders.</p>
<h4>What you’ll do</h4>
<ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end project delivery, with a strong focus on implementation phases aligned to business priorities</li>
<li>Coordinate project management activities across multiple network domains such as Mobile & Fixed Access, Core, Transmission, OSS, and Cloud Engineering</li>
<li>Support feasibility studies, design coordination, development, testing, and transition into operations</li>
<li>Align project scope, timelines, budget, and quality KPIs with customer expectations</li>
<li>Apply delivery frameworks and quality standards to ensure consistency and compliance</li>
<li>Define and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with wider programme milestones</li>
<li>Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues to minimise business impact</li>
<li>Maintain clear, customer-focused communication with stakeholders and project teams</li>
<li>Ensure accurate and timely project reporting in governance tools</li>
<li>Support budget tracking, cost control, and delivery reporting activities</li>
<li>Contribute to service portfolio development and continuous improvement initiatives within the DMaaS community</li>
</ul>
<h4>Who you are</h4>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in project management within telecommunications or network environments</li>
<li>Strong understanding of end-to-end network architecture and interdependencies</li>
<li>Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)</li>
<li>Experience managing stakeholders across virtual, cross-cultural environments</li>
<li>Able to analyse information, prioritise effectively, and make informed decisions</li>
<li>Skilled in communicating clearly and professionally in English (written and spoken)</li>
<li>Capable of managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously</li>
<li>Understanding of financial and budgeting principles within project environments</li>
<li>Degree in telecommunications, computer science, or a related field</li>
