Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable. Experience:Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HSE roles within manufacturing or industrial environments, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Proven track record in implementing HSE management systems and driving cultural change. Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards. Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and root cause analysis. Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and environmental compliance.
