<p>You'll play a key role in optimizing our operational schedules and ensuring seamless train services that positively impact passengers' daily lives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as the Control Centre, Passenger Services, and Maintenance teams, to evaluate and enhance operational plans, and much more.</p><br>
<p>You’ll specifically take care of preparing detailed operating schedules and procedures, but also producing statistical analyses to improve service quality.</p><br>

<p>Preparing detailed operating schedules for normal operations and special events.</p><br>

<p>Preparing and updating operating procedures based on an in-depth understanding of the automatic train control (ATC) system.</p><br>

<p>Coordinating updates and revisions to the Rule Book and Operations Manuals.</p><br>

<p>Developing and implementing programs to measure key performance indicators such as on-time performance, schedule adherence, and service reliability.</p><br>

<p>Analyzing passenger loading to determine optimal train headway scheduling, particularly during peak periods.</p><br>

<p>Providing monthly reports on service operations, including analysis of anomalies and recommendations for improvement.</p><br>

<p>Creating public notices for holiday and special service schedules.</p><br>
</li>

<p>Analyzing operations reports and ATC system anomalies, and developing recommended action plans.</p><br>
