Job Summary The Sales Collection Agent is responsible for the secure and timely collection of sales proceeds, including cash and cheques, from our customer base. Working within a designated geographical territory, the agent follows a weekly schedule provided by the sales team to ensure all outstanding receivables are collected and deposited into company bank accounts according to Treasury Department protocols.<br>Key Responsibilities Field Collection: Visit customers within the assigned geographical area to collect payments (cash and cheques) in accordance with the Weekly Collection Plan. Verification: Ensure all collected amounts match the invoices and receipts. Verify the accuracy of cheques (dates, signatures, and written amounts) before acceptance. Documentation: Issue official company receipts to customers upon collection and maintain an accurate daily log of all transactions. We are hiring an English-speaking Logistics / Dispatch Assistant to help with daily operations for our California-based LTL produce transportation business.<br>Responsibilities include sending invoices, entering orders into Google Sheets, answering emails, accepting orders from brokers, dispatching drivers for pickups and deliveries, creating drop tags, and keeping track of each load from pickup to delivery.<br>The person must be able to communicate clearly with drivers, brokers, and customers. They will need to follow up with drivers to make sure products are picked up on time, deliveries are not delayed, and any issues are reported quickly.<br>This role also includes occasionally messaging brokers to check in, maintain good relationships, and ask if they have any available orders.<br>Knowledge of California’s Central Valley, the Bay Area, Northern California, and sometimes Sacramento is preferred.
