About the role

Lead, supervise, and monitor the finance service center reporting team

Coach and develop team members, ensuring consistent performance and sharing knowledge

Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual group and financial reports

Collaborate with auditors, other teams, and business stakeholders

Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external regulations

Identify automation opportunities (RPA, system enhancements)

Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives

Lead or support transitions and migrations into finance service center

Desired Candidate Profile

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:

• Ideally, 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance
• A university degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
• Strong command of English; a second language is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP systems
• SAP experience is a strong advantage.
