<p>As a site mechanical construction supervision lead, you will be responsible for leading the site construction supervision mechanical engineering function of the Worley team and subcontractors, providing direct interface with the customer and their personnel.</p>
<h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4>

<li>Organizes and leads the Worley construction supervision mechanical team to help the owner ensure the project is effectively and technically developed to meet the contract and standards requirements, local and international codes, timeline and budget.</li>
<li>Represents Worley at internal and external meetings on the project when requested.</li>
<li>Ensures Worley mechanical construction supervision systems and procedures are developed and rolled out for the project and work is performed in accordance with Worley internal processes and standards.</li>

<p>The site architect provides architectural and technical expertise to support nuclear and large industrial facilities, working closely with the customer and multidisciplinary engineering teams. The role focuses on reviewing designs, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards, and promoting international best practices, while supporting knowledge transfer and mentoring of the customer’s staff at site.</p>
<h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4>
<li>Review architectural designs for NPP buildings and coordinate interfaces with multidisciplinary engineering teams (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and I&C).</li>
<li>Apply applicable Russian design codes and standards and other codes and standards as required and ensure compliance throughout design development and documentation.</li>
<li>Provide technical input on building envelope systems (e.g., ventilated façades, flat roofs, waterproofing) and decontaminable architectural finishes, as required for nuclear facilities.</li>
<li>Advise on selection and detailing of interior and exterior finishing materials to ensure constructability, durability, maintainability, and regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Promote alignment with recognized international architectural practices and industry standards.</li>
<li>Review and evaluate technical documentation (detailed design and operating documentation) for plant buildings to confirm completeness, accuracy, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, including fire-safety rules.</li>
<li>Work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment while meeting strict deadlines.</li>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in architecture (master’s degree preferred) or equivalent.</li>
<li>High-level knowledge of Russian codes and standards.</li>
<li>Experience on nuclear power plant projects is required.</li>
<li>High-level knowledge and experience with the use of interior and exterior finishing materials and related details in NPPs and industrial buildings.</li>
<li>Minimum 8 years’ experience as a designer in architectural design for industrial projects.</li>

<p>As senior welding inspector you will be responsible for supporting the customer in monitoring and inspecting welding during the construction and installation works on a nuclear project, interfacing directly with the customer and assisting in training the customer’s personnel.</p>
